All our rooms are comfortably furnished with a comfortable sitting area, shower, direct dial telephone, colour cable TV, W-Lan, mini-bar, hairdryer and furniture on all balconies. Two residence rooms are equipped with a bathtub. All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
All prices are per room and night and include breakfast from the rich buffet, 7 % VAT on the overnight stay and 19 % VAT on the breakfast portion. If the rate of value added tax increases on the day of performance of the service, the prices agreed in each case change accordingly; the hotel is entitled to charge the value added tax increase subsequently.
The tourist tax is € 0.50 per person for 1 night, € 1.90 per person/day for 2 nights and € 2.15 per person/day for the main season.

Discount for children up to 6 years stay in a room with two full-payers and have breakfast free of charge. For children from 7 to 12 years in a room with two full-payers we charge € 19,00 per night. For children from 13 years and adults we charge € 29,00 per night.
